Online E-Learning
A first for AVOP training at YVR, we have developed brand new, interactive online training modules for both D and D/A permits that teach candidates about the rules and regulations you need to know in order to safely drive airside. It also covers the aprons, taxiways, runways and roadways on the airfield in a user-friendly, intuitive format.
Practical Airfield Driving Lessons
From the head of stand roads to the furthest stretch of perimeter road surrounding the airport, there is a lot of area to cover and a lot of unique complexities of the airfield. That’s why our practical training sessions are tailored to the environment you will be operating in and focus on preparing you for not only normal day to day airfield driving, but also for events such as low visibility or inclement weather.
