South Terminal Management

Vancouver International Airport’s South Terminal is a smaller remote terminal on the south side of the airfield. This created a challenge for the airport authority to ensure proper oversight and management. ABCoast acts as the airport authorities eyes and ears at the South Terminal while also providing passenger assistance, line management, daily terminal audits, cleanliness checks and baggage assistance.

The ABCoast service is a cost effective method to ensure the high levels of customer service that are crucial to YVR’s mission are not only met, but exceeded, while also adding significant value to the terminal building itself.
